The Long Story

Problem

India’s supply chains are quietly taxed by inefficiency. Logistics costs are estimated at 13%–14% of GDP, versus roughly 8%–10% in the US, Europe, and China. The gap comes from fragmented trucking, complex regulations, and trucks idling 1–3 days for loading and unloading on many routes.

For large manufacturers, this shows up in daily operations. Dispatches get delayed, fleets stay under‑utilised, reconciliation is manual, and visibility from plant to delivery is low. Legacy ERP tools and spreadsheets were never designed to handle this level of complexity and real‑time coordination.

Solution

SuperProcure is an integrated transport management system for manufacturing logistics. It digitises and automates operations end‑to‑end from spot and contract freight procurement to dispatch planning, in‑plant workflows, shipment tracking, and freight settlement.

Positioned as a “TMS++”, it keeps freight negotiation, execution, and accounting on a single, modular SaaS stack. The platform connects deeply with SAP and other ERPs, CRM and WMS tools, and public infrastructure like FASTag, Indian Railways, telecom data, and Vaahan, so that workflows and data stay in sync.

Why This Matters

  • Freight Efficiency: Reverse auctions and smarter allocation help manufacturers lower freight costs

  • Operational Visibility: Real-time tracking and in‑plant orchestration improve on‑time shipments and significantly cut vehicle finalisation time

  • Financial Control: Digital proof‑of‑delivery and automated reconciliation create audit‑ready trails and cleaner ERP data

  • Network Effects: A multi‑enterprise collaboration model, with 11,000+ transporters already on the platform
